Tips to work from home and avoid stress

Due to the COVID-19  Pandemic in the world, many companies are mandating or recommending that as many employees as possible work remotely until the virus can be slowed.

Here are some tips, which will be useful for remote workers :-

  • Maintain regular hours:- Make a schedule, and follow it…most of the time. Having clear guidelines for when to work and when to call it a day helps many remote workers maintain a work-life balance. Working a flexible shift is bad for you, and that applies to remote workers, too.

  • Location:- Try to find yourself a dedicated and comfortable location to work that you can associate with your job and leave when you’re off the clock that means get off the bed.

  • Communication:- Maintain dedicated contact no. which will be used only for clients and colleagues, communicate with a dedicated messaging app to avoid confusion.

  • Take short Break:- Sometimes it’s good to take a break. Researchers have found that taking short breaks can actually increase productivity and creativity levels.

  • Recognize distractions:- Working at home can provide more distractions than an office environment. From kids to calls, your day can get interrupted. In these moments it’s easy to get frustrated that your day isn’t going as planned. Recognize the distraction and take the time to regroup and get back to work.
